We only graveled (not paved) the last stretch of the driveway up to the house site.

We did this because this section of the driveway was too new and needs to settle before paving.

In fact, we would suggest not paving it until construction deliveries (cement, building materials etc.) are finished.

Drive on up to the house site where there is plenty of room to turn around.

Remember… Ridgetop Lots are to the mountains what Beach Front is to the coast.

However, there are a whole lot fewer useable/buildable Ridge Tops than there are available beach front coastline Lots!!!
